How do i get my display name to display correctly?

I signed up for zoho today, however it made me use my hotmail email address so now instead of using my first and last name when sending emails its using the nickname associated with the hotmail address. I have been into my profile and changed it there, logged out, cleared my cache and logged back in and still the same. How do i fix this?
