How do I get POP/IMAP email on my Samsung Galaxy S4

I am having a hard time getting my mail set up to work with my Galaxy. I followed the instructions for the IMAP on this page....... https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/imap-access.html. I get errors saying it is unable to connect to the server. I also tried the POP instructions with no luck. I have attached 2 screenshots from the IMAP try. Also, there is no line on the Galaxy IMAP for Authentication type. Please help.
