How do I get Zoho CRM to email me when a new web-to-lead needs approval

Hi,


I'm not clear from searching the forum how to get this to work.  I have setup my CRM so that I need to approve new Web-to-Leads.  How can I get Zoho to email me when I have a new Web-to-Lead needing approval?

I am on the Professional plan.
