How do I import contacts from ContactManager to Zoho CRM?

I'm surprised they don't sync automatically. Is there an easy way to use both or must I use separately? It seems as if it wouldn't make sense to use both as one would have to do twice the work. I hope I'm missing something and that I can get help with this concern. I'm also wondering if there's a way to export ALL contacts simultaneously to a CSV file. From other posts I've learned that I may have to create a report. After having done so I see that I can only export 100 at a time which is inefficient and cumbersome to do. Please advise.
