How do I log an incoming call now? Call log has changed.
The way the call recording module works seems to have changed. I used to be able to click +Call (new call) and get a full page where I could select all the options and start recording information from a call in whatever order made the most sense at the time. Now, I click the same thing, and have to record the subject then "start call" which seems to try to make a call for me? I think that's what it's doing. I do not have any such functionality. What I need to be able to do is record an incoming call, which usually means I want to be able to put in information as I'm talking to whomever called, and record the time. I cannot do any of the other things (like associate the call with an account, or give it a title) until I get info from the caller. This currently seems to be impossible. What changed and why? How do I now record an incoming call without having to put in information I do not (and cannot) have?
