Is there a way to make the lead owner and created date follow the lead through the conversion process. The reason I need this is for when there is an ownership dispute between sales people. In one particular instance a sales person had one letter of the leads name wrong and 2 sales people were unknowingly working the same lead. They both converted the lead to a prospect but we now have to try and figure out who was working the lead first.
