How do I make a dashboard of total YTD closed sales, with Totals?

How do I make a dashboard of total YTD closed sales, with Totals?

Seems like an obvious dash to have, can't seem to figure it out!?

I want a dash on my home page that shows Year To Date Total sales (From closed potentials), and totaled up at the bottom.
