How do I make my web capture redirect refresh the whole page?

How do I make my web capture redirect refresh the whole page?

I have put my landing page url into my web form, and use the source code in an HTML box on Wix.  The landing page does come up, but it comes up INSIDE the html box, not as a whole new page.  Is there any way I can have the page fully refreshed, rather than bringing up the page in the box?
