As a company we have the sales pipeline we use where we have leads that are then converted to an opportunity. We also apply a 11-hot ,2-war,m,3 cold rating to those leads and opportunities.

Each week we have sales meeting for the company which has 5 offices and multiple regions and industry.

How do i get a report to show number of leads with rating 1 and opportunities with rating group by opportunity owne and region??

I have tried and i cant see anywhere i can do this?
