Out of the box, Zoho CRM makes the Last Name and Company fields mandatory/required. This means I cannot save a new lead without having to enter Last Name and Company. However, that doesnt work for me because we need to import leads sometimes only with email address and later as we know the customer we can add names and companies.

So, how and where do I make the Last Name and Company fields not required/not mandatory? I dont need to delete them, just to make them optional.
