How do I set up zoho so that all emails are recorded by under the individuals information i.e, in leads?
If I send a email by clicking on their email address it opens my outlook and sends it that way. (which is what I want) but it does not record the email in zoho unless I scroll down and click "send email" but if I do it that way then it does not send from my works outlook email.
