How do I match the Lead Source in Contacts with the Lead Source that I've customized in settings?

How do I match the Lead Source in Contacts with the Lead Source that I've customized in settings?

Hi there.  

So In settings I customized the Lead Source, however I need to have the same sources available to me in Contacts.  For example, when you create a new contact you can pick Lead source - but the drop down menu is not the customized one that I created in settings.  How can I match them? Thank you.
