How Do I Move Multiple Files Into A Folder?

Hi there,

One of our team members is moving departments. I would like to back of all of her documents. She has maybe 200 documents or so in her documents tab. I can highlight multiple documents. However, I don't know the following:

1. How to move multiple files into a folder?
2. Compress the folder and download it

If you guys could provide the step by step to do this, it would be great. To my understanding, we must back up our Docs separate from the portal back ups.
