How do I personalize the dashboard for a logged-in user?

How do I personalize the dashboard for a logged-in user?

We have a number of sales people who log into our Zoho system, and i want said logged in user, after logging in, to be able to see leads, activities, etc...that are only relevant to that account.

I'm not quite sure to do this - any advice is appreciated.
