Hi,

I thought I'd try Smart Filters. Yuck!

So now I want to remove them.

But it seems:

• I cannot delete the Smart Filters
• "You could not delete the Smart Filters kindly UnSelect it"
• I cannot delete the associated tags. I tried with "Notification":
• "Error while deleting Tag (System Labels cannot be deleted)"
• But I can delete the folders it created???
• I tried with ZMGroup.
• This folder is not in Trash Can
• I wonder if this will break something.
• I am trying to work out how to undelete "Notification" tag

Can anyone please help?

By way of feedback to Zoho:

• FIRST and FOREMOST, NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER release a feature that cannot be rolled back, uninstalled, de-configured, etc. NEVER. Period.
• Why on earth would you implement 3 folder for Smart Filters???
• Why on earth have ZMGroup, ZMNewsletter AND ZMNotification???
• That is simply TOO MANY for the anticipated emails, no. Not clever.
•  Look how much surface area it takes up in UX!!!
