How do I send an automated email to the lead, after I have approved him?
My lead approval process is the following:
1. Lead sends his contact information via web integration
2. Automated rule "Pre" assigns him to one of my salespeople.
3. I review the pre-assignment and depending on my salespeople load, I reassign them leads and approve them.
I need to be able to have an automated email sent to each lead (signed by it's owner), but only after I have approved the lead, otherwise, if the email is sent before reassignment, it will be signed by the wrong lead owner, and my salespeople will be fighting over who owns each lead.
Is there a way to do this?
