How do I send e-mail to a pre-defined list of addresses?

I feel like I'm missing something very obvious.

I found the "Groups" feature, but can't figure out how it works. I can add addresses, but don't see any way to send them all an e-mail. Is this the right way to go? Trying to type the group name in the "To" for an e-mail does not work.

Or is there something else, such as a mailing list feature, that I haven't figured out yet?

If this can't be done at all, then I've made a horrible mistake in choosing Zoho mail - this is a feature that's standard to every other e-mail that I've encountered.
