How do I send leads from my Zoho CRM to a lead buyer that also uses Zoho CRM?

My leads generated on my website automatically import into my Zoho CRM. I have a lead buyer that also uses Zoho CRM. How can I set it up to send leads from my Zoho to their Zoho? I'd like to automate everything so that leads that contain specified data will automatically go to them. Please help!!
