We have 3 Administrators using our Zoho mail.
We will use Zoho mail for one task - to email to our membership list of contacts a link to our monthly newsletter
as a “bcc". Our membership list has 201 email-address contacts at the moment. 100 per contact page, listed alphabetically.
These 201 contacts are listed 2 ways:
1. An administrators' GROUP list of our contacts - this list is accessible to all 3 administrators.
But if I try to send an email to the list of recipients using this GROUP list the “bcc” drop down does not give me the option to select all of the email recipients from the list. Instead I am required to check each one - there is no option to select the entire list.
2. A CATEGORY list of our contacts - this list is only accessible to me - not to the 2 other administrators, as i would like it to be.
I am able to use the CATEGORY list of contacts to send a “bcc” email with just a couple of clicks. In MAIL/CONTACTS, I select the CATEGORY and I am able to view the list of contacts. I do not select any of the contacts but I click on SEND MAIL and an email window pops up, I select “bcc” and “contacts” comes up; I select “categories” on the right side of the menu bar and a window pops up with the whole list of contacts as well as the CATEGORY title with a box to its left - I click on the check box to the left of the CATEGORY that contains the whole list and then I click “insert” and voilà, the 100 names on the first page of the category list is in the “bcc”. This is exactly what I want to happen.
BUT, unfortunately the other 2 administrators do not have access to the contacts in this category - they see “0” contacts, not 201 contacts like they can see in the GROUP contact list.
Please advise. Thanks
