How do I share my CRM calendar?
So, I create appointments linked to my Leads (I'm a real estate company and want to use it to manage my agents appointments with my clients).
I don't want to pay for users for my agents since that's the only interaction they would have with the CRM and I'm looking for scalable solutions since I want a long term solution.
My idea would be for our sales team to schedule with the client and register a new event in the calendar, but I also want the real estate agents to be able to access the calendar so they are able to have a view of what they have on their radar.
Is this possible with the Zoho Suite?
