How do I stop Zoho from Billing me?
I have DOWNGRADED my plan to a free account and have REMOVED my Email Add-on, however I still see $5.00 being charged for the email service, which I am not using, and have unsubscribed to. The most recent charge was yesterday.
I have unsubscribed to the paid plan 2 weeks ago, and have even sent a support message in regards to still seeing the $5.00 on my account for email.
Please direct me on how to remove this fully so I'm no longer charged ANY money and how to credit back to my account the $5.00 charged yesterday.
