Modify Phone field: take out +1 and return 10-digit phone number format

Modify Phone field: take out +1 and return 10-digit phone number format

Hi,

I'm posting leads from Facebook to Zoho however after the lead is posted the Phone field is returned on this format, +19998887777. How do I take out "+1" on Phone field so it just return a 10-digit phone number?
