I'm an insurance broker and just started using Zoho CRM. Is there a way for me to track the sales process of multiple product lines (eg: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance). In my head I see it as having 3 different pipelines but I'm not sure if that's the best way to structure it. If I have one lead interested in more than one product line then I'd have to set up multiple potentials for the same lead.
A little help anyone.
