I have been trying to filter my contacts based on the content of TextAreas for a while now and I have just realised that you can do that if the information is in a Small TextArea (Not in a Large TextArea).

As the Small TextArea is a fairly recent feature, I will need to transfer the information from my Large TextAreas into a Small ones.

What process should I follow do that without lost of information.
