We have large documents that we are handling in our Zoho environment, and we need to go through these documents and check them again after x amount of months. We want that the end-user is forced to provide this date when uploading his documents to the relevant Account. 

I am thinking this can be solved using a workflow that is triggered after uploading a file. However, it seems that this is currently not possible. What could be an alternative way to solve this?

I'm thinking about using a Zoho Form to upload the files and selecting a corresponding Account, and then triggering a workflow upon submission of the Zoho Form. Could that be a potential solution?
