How do I verify my shopify domain or unsubscribe from this service?

How do I verify my shopify domain or unsubscribe from this service?

I have been trying to verify my domain for the last 2 days but the instructions may as well be in another language. I'm not a programmer, I'm not a web developer, I don't understand tech lingo but I managed to find some step by step instructions in plain English but it still wouldn't verify. I tried the HTML because that seemed to be the easiest way to verify, but no matter what I tried it kept failing. I followed the zoho and the shopify instructions as well as the trouble shooting suggestions. Are zoho and shopify just not compatible? I don't want to spend another day trying to get it to work, I'd rather just cancel the subscription. However when I tried to cancel it said that I can't because my domain hasn't been verified... well I wouldn't want to cancel in the first place if I was able to get the verification to work so what kind of BS is that?
