How do I view support requests for an account?

How do I view support requests for an account?

I've linked Zoho Support and Zoho CRM. 

In Support, I've added an Account field to the request.  All our requests are per account. 

When looking at an Account in CRM, I want to see all their support requests as a list.  This seems to me to be the most obvious thing most people would need from linking crm and support. 


How do I do this?
