How do you "close" Potentials so that they become Customers?

How do you "close" Potentials so that they become Customers?

I am an insurance agent and looking for a way to use ZohoCRM to help track leads and customers (B2C). Unfortunately, I don't see a way to setup a "Customer" tab, and I also don't see a way to convert a "Potential" into a Client or Customer (Account)?
