How do you create additional POP accounts?

How do you create additional POP accounts?

Hi there:

I notice that Zoho says I can create unlimited POP accounts even on the free plan (it says there are ‘No restrictions’). While we are planning to use one of the paid plans, I am experimenting with the free one to see what it can do.

However, I see no way of creating these accounts. Can you please show me where this is? I have to set up the accounts for all our staff.

I understand that only one client is permitted to access these accounts on the free plan, which sounds a little confusing to me.
