How do you disqualify leads?

Hi,

I know that you can convert a lead to a potential but I don't know how you set it to be invalid. I might have removed it from somewhere when I was customizing lead module. Unfortunately, I can't find any function or field that determines the qualification of a lead. Can someone please help?
