How do you like Zoho CRM? Have you compared any others like Sugar, Microsoft Dynamics, SalesNexus?

I am looking for a CRM for our company.  I'm currently comparing Zoho, Sugar, SalesNexus and a couple others.  How do you like Zoho and have you compared it to any others?
