I activated the Zoho Mial add on and was hopeful of some integration between ZOHO mail and CRM.
I use Zoho mail as my main interface and update CRM as needed.
I was very surprised that from the MAIL screen in CRM I could not click on an email and go to a contact / account / potential.
So no difference to what I was doing before purchasing the add on.
More annoyingly I see all emails from a contact under a number of potentials that they are associated with.
I often have a number of potentials for a company, both for new opportunities and renewal of existing contracts.
Now I look at a potential and see all emails to an associated contact regardless of whether the email is of any relevance to that potential. So I have no reliable email trail of that potential.
Am I doing something wrong here? Or is this how it works.
