We have some emails that were sent through our CRM to a client with an attached quote. I've now discovered that the employee didn't create the contact with the correct CRM so he wouldn't have received them. To magnify the challenge - another staff member accidently CC'd this client in on an email that wasn't meant for them. IF I correct the email address for this contact will that make the emails already sent available to him?? I would think not but as it was incorrectly entered I don't want to change it and then find out that somehow he can see the email he wasn't supposed to get.
Dopes anyone have any idea about this???
