I use Zoho CRM and have an assistant who helps me. Most of the leads in CRM are assigned to me but some of them are assigned to my assistant. She and I act as a team - we do not compete with each other as is common in some other sales departments.
When leads reply to an email that gets sent from CRM, I am notified via the mail icon at the top right corner of the CRM window, but my assistant isn't. Is there a way for CRM to notify both of us when there's a new, unread email? If I respond to the email first and mark it as unread, that's fine. And if she responds to the message and marks it as unread, that's okay too. We are a team.
I just need to make sure that one of us responds to inbound emails.
Is this possible?
