How does one Create a Call Log Report ?

How does one Create a Call Log Report ?


I am simply trying to see how many calls I make per day and who those calls
are to.  I just need to see a tally of the notes I've entered or some sort of count
on what customer I entered a note for in a given time period.

Ie..a report broken down by summary account detail that I entered a note
for today.

Is this possible?
