How does the Workflow Recuring work?
I had made a couple of workflow rules for a client's CRM.
But I dont fully understand how this works, when I set it up like the below pic, I expected it to work like this

- On a date 1 week after the First Instalment date value, this workflow should trigger every month?
But it never worked as expected.
This is what I "want" to accomplish.
I want a workflow to re-occur every monthly on a date, 1 week after the First instalment Date field value, to trigger a function.
