How Download Attached Files from the Email Templates?

How Download Attached Files from the Email Templates?

Hello,

I have a new form which has attached files field.
After summit the form, this one send an email with email layout indicate the "link" to the attached files. But when the user press the link for download the attached file, says the follow lines: You have logged in as email@email.com. You are not allowed to access this view.

How we can solve this?
