how export my date to google sheet?

well, i know that there is a way to export (to excel/csv) then upload the file to my gdrive and open it to gsheet but, I need this real time. When new data appear of my CRM the data will also automatically update to my google sheet. I know there is an ad-don already(googlesheet by jivrus tech.)  but i prefer not to spend. any way to do it? thanks!
