how export zoho crm contacts to google contacts?

What is the best way to export Zoho CRM contacts to google contacts?  We have a lot of custom fields etc, and want to just get the basic contact data (name, phone, email) exported with as little hassle as possible. 

PS.  If the oft-requested sync to google feature is nearly out, please give me an ETA.
