How is everyone utilizing Zoho?
To be more specific...what functions is everyone using within CRM for their sales related businesses? Are you able to use reports to generate a log of leads-->accounts-->potentials for tracking purposes to show how your sales team is progressing? Are you using CRM to track commissions? Have you been able to customize your report criteria? If so, how? Any and all feedback will be very beneficial to our company, so please be as detailed as possible to help shed a little more light on the program and how if functions within your company.
