Originally when I set up Zoho services, I set the Super Admin as an admin@ email address. I then set up a separate personal address for me at camilla@ and one for my sales guy at bryce@. I trialed the free version of the CRM with three users: admin@, camilla@, and bryce@. Now, I want to subscribe to Zoho CRM Professional and pay for just two users - camilla@ and bryce@ - as I won't be contacting clients through the admin@ email address. I have since changed the Super Admin on the organisation dashboard to camilla@, but the Super Admin in the CRM is still showing up as admin@. My plan was to update the Super Admin to @camilla and then delete user @admin on the CRM as no records etc. are associated with that user.
Will the CRM Super Admin update automatically? If so, how long should it take? If it's not automatic, how do I change manually from @admin to @camilla without deleting @camilla so that I can't use that email address with the CRM again?
I can't find the answer elsewhere, so hoping someone can assist ASAP.
