Hello!
Previously, my subscription has been downgraded and all my registered user accounts have been deactivated due to payment is processing. However, my organization has completed the payment and currently waiting for my ZOHO return to normal state (user accounts are reactivated and subscription is changed to Standard as before).
Do you know how much time will be needed by ZOHO for re-activating my subscriptions and make everything appear as previous state?
