How many agents are included with Zoho One edition?

I'm a solopreneur and wish to empower select members of my community (not employees) with the ability to answer help tickets. The "Light Agent" function does not allow for that. Can you help me understand how my proposed model would work (and how much it would cost) using Zoho Desk? Maybe the easier question is; How many agents are included with the Zoho One edition?

I'm bootstrapped and on a very low budget. It's important I have a clear understanding of costs.
