how many free user work with a standard user in Zoho CRM?

how many free user work with a standard user in Zoho CRM?

Hello,

I've been tested zoho crm with 3 free user accounts. I noted that for my bussiness we will require only one standard user at the beginning. So, if upgrade one user to standard plan:

1.- how many free user acount we could work with?
2.- will this standard account could set user permision?
