We are a SME currently moving from Hubspot to Zoho.

We are already using Zoho books and CRM, I am wondering how many ZohoSalesIQ account do I need? We mostly need to track our website users, no need for chatbot or anything.

I am thinking to buy one ZohoOne plan for myself (im the IT admin of the company, handling data management, CRM etc). And additional stand alone apps for other employees:

5xCRM

5xBooks
1xCampaign
1xForm

For SalesIQ, which is part of ZohoOne, I think no need to buy an extra one, correct?
