How often does Zoho CRM mobile app sync with the desktop site?

How often does Zoho CRM mobile app sync with the desktop site?

How often is the Zoho CRM mobile app updated and synced to the desktop site? Is there a way to force a sync to the desktop site instead of waiting around for it to automatically sync? 

I found some information in another post below but it doesn't answer my question. 

"Note: Please ensure that there are no unsynced records(which are yet to be synced to the desktop site) in the app before carrying out a reset, as the unsynced records will be lost upon doing so.

On an iOS app, the unsynced records will hold the value 'Yet to Sync' in the 'Created Time' and 'Modified Time' fields in the details view of the records.

On an Android app, clicking on the red circle with a number, at the top right corner of the home screen of the app, will display the list of unsynced records in the app. The number represents the number of unsynced records in the app.

Also, please note that this change will be applicable only for the records that you create newly and not for the existing records."
