How-to

I think a how-to would be a great addition to this forum. At least from my point of view, the lack of a help menu makes it a little difficult to learn and use some of Zoho Business features. I've been getting some help through email, but that takes time.

I've been trying to share documents from the US to a friend in UK. I have selected "Share" from the drop down menu and enter my friend's email, but still hasn't work. We both been trying to find out exactly how to go about it, but so far nothing that we tried help.
