How to access other Zoho services directly in the new UI

Dear Zoho Team,

In the previous version of the mail UI there was a vertical bar with applications links, where we could add our own applications. All users used this feature and were happy.

Now it's gone. And nobody knows how to access CRM, Support, Creator, Projects. There are NO links anywhere.

You have an application list at the top left, where users can click and choose app. But there are two problems:

1. Too many apps. Actually, all apps are listed, while we use 3-4, for example. That confuses users and they always have to search for them.

2. The weirdest thing: if they click any app there, they will NOT be redirected to the service. Instead that marketing page with description of the service (and in only one language) will be opened. So they just do not understand what to do. And i always have to explain them, that after clicking they will have to find the link "Access Zoho CRM/Projects/Creator" at the top right.

Why it's done in that way? Completely inconvenient, confused and disappoints users. Why we can't anymore add links+icons to app, which are used in our organization?
