I have the below business problem

Due to requirement of the regulator on compliance - I would need all my automated emails (Triggered by workflows) to have CC address to one particular ID. Currently neither the workflow manager nor the Email Template creation allows you to have a CC, what is does allow is to add additional people to receive the alerts/emails, but in that case it does not put the person in CC nor does show the other recipients of the email which is exactly the requirement for us to be compliant with the regulator.
