I am using CRM mostly in German speaking countries. Now when I try to build a template I would like to start my letter with the correct salutation "Sehr geehrte Frau xxx" (=dear Mrs. xxx") or "Sehr geehrter Herr xxx" (=dear Mr. xxx). My problem is that CRM only stores the word "Frau/Mrs" or "Herr/Mr" as salutation but the salutation sentence is different in German; please see the "geehrte" vs "geehrter" in the two salutation lines above.

What is the best way to autofill the correct salutation LINE for a Mrs/Mr. in a template?

Do I have to add a custom variable "salutation line" for my contacts or is there a smarter way to achieve this?
